About

Hello. We’re Hang & Sarah

We have been on the path of wellness for over 20 years. After having tried different fads and quick-fix practices, we know that there is no shortcut to wellness. In fact, wellness is a way of life. To reframe Buddha’s belief, “There is no way to wellness. Wellness is the way.”

You’re here because your heart knows there must be another way to live in this world. You feel open and ready to enjoy and live life fully. With your openness, let us guide you through a path that has transformed us and is now our way of life, and our family’s life with two young children.

The offerings on the Mindfulness for Wellness course include scientific research and findings on the mind, mindfulness, and somatic practices to release stress because we believe that knowledge is power for change. Naturally, we will also share mindfulness practices and tools that you can put to practice and gain insights right away. Practices include breath work, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) like acupressure and Qi Gong, and simple mindful movements to release tension in your body and activate fresh energy and joy within you. We also draw on the teachings of all of our favourite teachers, including Buddhist Zen teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh, and the Plum Village spiritual community.
